Someone collected this photo of the Andromeda Galaxy over a period of 3 months using 2 telescopes and thousands of photos.
What’s wild is that this galaxy is literally in the night sky, telescopes just have the ability to zoom in on it.
A comment underneath the post, “So this light was travelling for 2 million years, and then you caught it.” Photographer, “Yup.” 🤯
