Don’t suffer imagined troubles — Focus on the moment. Waste no time thinking about the monsters that may or may not lie ahead.
Never be overheard complaining… not even to yourself.
Don’t waste time worrying about other people’s opinions — What others think of us isn’t something we can control. Thus, it’s not worth worrying about what others think.
