Super Philosophical about Bitcoin
I’m about to get super philosophical about Bitcoin.
Yin and Yang exists in this universe. It’s perhaps better called “balance.”
Some examples:
Newton’s third law of motion: for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
Sunrise and sunset.
Day and night.
Inhale and exhale.
Man and woman.
Masculine and feminine.
The balance is everywhere, but the specific balancing act I want to talk about today is this one:
Darkness and light.
There is no light without darkness, and in fact, it is the darkness that makes the light that much more beautiful.
There is no Bitcoin without fiat.
Fiat is darkness.
Bitcoin is light.
Satoshi Nakamoto never would’ve presented light to the world if he didn’t experience the darkness of fiat.
The light emerges only after the darkness as at its darkest point — the sun rises only after the darkest point of the night.
What is also amazing about this balancing act is that light always prevails over darkness — it always wins.
It is because love (light) is Source’s very nature, but that’s a topic for a different day.
If there’s a cloudy day, the sun is still there, shining its light.
The light always wins, but that does not mean darkness does not exist.
The fiat monetary system is extremely dark. It’s full of manipulation, lies, deceit, corruption, wars, violence, greed, divisiveness, and hatred. Unfortunately, it also breeds all of these things into society, as the world has discovered (and is still discovering).
It was when fiat was at its darkest point (at the time), with banks in 2008 completely blowing up the economy, causing financial ruin for millions across the world, and then getting pathetically bailed out by the hands of the money printer, that Bitcoin was born.
And God said, “Let there be light.”
The light has very much been winning since Bitcoin’s *genesis* (coincidence? I think not) block on January 3rd, 2009.
Bitcoin is the greatest performing asset of all-time.
Is that a coincidence?
It is in the face of fiat that Bitcoin is ever more beautiful.
Fiat continues its descent into darkness, more money is printed, more wars are fought, more depression is seen, life keeps getting more expensive, society gets more divided, while Bitcoin keeps verifying its undeniable existence every 10 minutes.
People join Bitcoin, and all of a sudden, life feels lighter! It’s not as heavy. You have more time to spend with your loved ones. Life gets more affordable! Nobody can manipulate your monetary energy. You taste freedom in the face of fiat’s coercion.
You begin to see the light in the dark tunnel of fiat.
You begin to sense that life loves you. You begin to tap into the love you have to give.
Not that it’s impossible to do these things without Bitcoin, it just… becomes a lighter, easier process.
Really what happens is, you start to tap into the universal flow of love and how your unique heart and expression flows with it.
That’s a very very very very very powerful thing, ESPECIALLY when you combine EVERYBODY on Earth tapping in like this.
Like more powerful than you can imagine.
And remember... Bitcoin IS for everybody. Everyone can tap in.
There’s so much more I can say about Bitcoin. Truly, there’s infinitely more I can say. And Bitcoin does represent another universal truth: infinity.
(That’s another topic for another day)
I want you to understand that choosing Bitcoin is choosing love. Bitcoin gives you the power vested in you by your nature: you get to choose. You are a sovereign individual (which is why the book The Sovereign Individual is one of the most apt books about the Bitcoin world, despite it being written years before Bitcoin came into existence).
There is immense power in your sovereignty. Bitcoin empowers this sovereignty in the face of fiat’s monetary slavery.
Sometimes it makes you wonder, how is it possible that everybody isn’t already choosing Bitcoin?
Fiat has existed for 112 years (arguably longer). Bitcoin has lived for 16 years.
Some people are so surrounded and baked in the darkness they can’t see the light, Jamie Dimon not the least among them.
But… the light is winning. More people are CHOOSING to join Bitcoin with each passing year. That will continue on in this exponential world. It’s happening faster and faster.
That doesn’t mean the darkness will go away, at least universally (fiat is toast).
It does mean, and Bitcoin is showing you, the light always wins.
