Home-Cooked Meals
Home-cooked meals are how you reach beyond infinity.
Many people don’t cook at home because they believe it is an inconvenient use of their time and energy.
Why spend an hour preparing and cooking a meal, and then cleaning afterward, when you can press a few buttons in two minutes and get food to your door shortly thereafter or drive a few minutes down the street and get a meal instantly? That’s got to be the better use of time and energy, right?
This is a great trap.
Preparing and cooking a meal at home is much more fruitful. Why?
Because you get what you give.
When you give a lazy few minutes for a convenient meal, you get back that same amount of energy.
This is a law of the universe.
“For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.”
Meaning if object A gives an action to object B, object B will give that same action back to object A.
But here’s the catch… It’s not about a home-cooked meal vs eating out. It’s not absolute one way or the other. Neither is right or wrong.
It’s the energy you give to the universe in doing anything.
It’s not what you do, it’s how you do it.
You could spend an hour making food at home but be thinking, “I hate cooking, I wish I could just eat out. Why doesn’t someone cook for me? Ugh, and I have to clean afterward. This sucks. Life sucks.”
Then you eat the meal while moping and dreading that this is your reality.
What type of energy do you think your food is going to give you? Cheerful? Positive? Abundant? Loving?
What type of energy do you think the universe is going to give you?
What if you understood that this get-give dynamic is happening in every moment of your life?
That you are casting spells unto your being with every action, thought, and reaction you make?
Glass breaks on the floor.
Person A: “It’s always good luck when glass breaks.”
Person B: “It’s always bad luck when glass breaks.”
Take a guess who feels happier, more fulfilled, more enriched by life and the world?
Your external reality is merely a mirror to your internal one.
Start with this understanding and see where it takes you:
You have two temples in your life:
1) Your home
2) Your being
These are your temples. Your places of offering. Your places of giving. Your energetic abodes. Your main satellite signals to the universe.
Keep a messy, cluttered, trash-ridden, roach-infested home and see what happens.
Engorge yourself with processed food, sugar, drugs, alcohol, porn, endless entertainment, nightly news, self-hatred, negative thoughts… see what happens.
The universe gives you what you give the universe.
Give the energy to clean your home and your being, watch as the universe cleans your life.
Give yourself love, watch as the universe gives you love.
Forgive yourself, watch as the universe forgives you.
Give compassion and acceptance to yourself, watch as the universe gives you compassion and acceptance.
Give money generously to others, watch as the universe returns it back to you in abundance.
“But if I have $100,000 and give it all away, that’d just be stupid. I’d be broke.”
And who are you to determine the unfolding of infinity?
What if the universe knew the missing ingredient wasn’t *having* money, it was *not having* money, and once you didn’t have money, you came up with a brilliant business idea and made $200,000 the next year?
That’s certainly in the realm of the infinite.
Don’t ever give with an expectation of getting something in return. Give with a deep unwavering *knowing* that the universe will return what you give it in unimaginable abundance, in whatever shape or form that is.
Affirm it. Say it out loud.
“I give clean, loving energy to the universe and the universe gives me clean, loving energy.”
You just casted a spell. You just made an action…
(coming your way is an equal and opposite reaction)
You now understand the law of attraction.
Enjoy your meal.
